Zachary R. Miculka Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Zachary R. Miculka of Hilliard, Ohio, who passed away on August 24, 2023 at the age of 27. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Vernon Ray, Patsy Ruth Miculka, Carl Webster and Betty Jane Valentine; and his aunt Sherry Valentine Monnier.

He is survived by: his parents, Lawrence Miculka and Debra Miculka; his siblings, Matthew Miculka and Kristin Kinkopf (Nate); his pet Tinkerbell; his uncle Philip Miculka; his aunts, Kaye Vordemark and Sally Yeager; and his close friend Emily. He is also survived by his family and many friends.

PLEASE NOTE: due to the Miculka Family's recent exposure to Covid, the family respectfully requests that masks be worn at the funeral home and that social distancing be observed.
