He was predeceased by: his parents, Erlindo Santiago and Miguela Santiago. He is survived by: his wife Maria Perla Santiago; his children, Jonathan Santiago and Wilhelmina Santiago Soriano; his son-in-law Teofilo Soriano, Jr.; and his granddaughter Sophia Anne Soriano.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes financial contributions during the visitation to help with funeral expenses and to continue honoring Wilfredo's memory.
