He is survived by: his wife Amy; his parents, Richard and Cheryle; his brother David; his great-aunt June Baldwin; his aunts and uncles, Jim, Valerie Webb, Derek and Marina Beavis; his parents-in-law, Jerry and Cindy Slater; and his sisters-in-law, Sara Bobby and Melissa Slater (Brady Kennedy).
