He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Holbrook and Wilma Holbrook; his sister Amy Holbrook; his parents-in-law, Paul, Janet Kerscher, Joan and Lige Evans; and his sister-in-law Lisa Kase.

He is survived by: his wife Laura; his son Jacob; his siblings, Nancy Holbrook and Patrick Holbrook (Diana); and his brothers-in-law, Michael Kerscher (Kimberly), David Kerscher (Jane), David Kase, Lige, James, Stanley Evans and Bernard Hickman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
