He is survived by: his wife Brenda (Bennett); his children, Andrew and Brittany; his son-in-law Brett; his granddaughter Halcyon Perkins (Hallie); his mother-in-law Marie Bennett of Jackson; and his siblings, Kenneth Perkins of Hilliard, Barbara Perry of Washington Courthouse and Joyce Robinson of Mansfield. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and special friends.
