He is survived by: his daughters, Taylor Chase and Devin Chase (Robert Caudill); his sister Cheryl Chase (Marty McNerney); his half-brother Bill Chase (Sandra); his fiancée Tamera Fields; and his stepchildren, Brittini Lickwar and Brandon Lickwar.
