He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold "Babe" Shook and Aileen Lucille Shook (Hanes); and his daughter Monica D. Shook. He is survived by: his wife Erin (McGrath); his children, Crystal (Michael Bradley) and Peter Warren (Daniel Gaines); his brother Terry Shook; his son-in-law Andrew Bernard; and his grandchildren, Xander and Olive Bradley.
