He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Foley and Genevee Foley (Roberts); his wife Alicia Foley (Potter); his brothers, Gene and Irwin Foley; and his sister-in-law Susan Bilbrey.
He is survived by: his niece Kimberly "Kim" Foley of Hilliard; his nephews, Timothy "Rusty" Foley (Letecia "Tish") of Westcliffe, CO, Doug Foley (Patty) of Coldwater, MI, Rob Foley (Melissa) of Lima, John Foley (Tammy) of Westminster and Michael Todd Foley (Kim); and his brother-in-law Glen Potter (Edie Houston) of Dayton. He is also survived by Several great-nieces and great-nephews and two great-great-nieces.
