She is survived by: her husband Pasho Kanani; her children, Visjana Kanani (Julian Hazizaj), Mirjan Kanani (Emanuela), Lorence Kanani and Ani Kanani; her siblings, Violeta Cemeri, Iliajana Memaj and Sazan Fasko; and her grandsons, Juliano Hazizaj, Marciano Hazizaj, Gabriel Hazizaj, Noel Kanani and Matias Kanani.
