It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Paul McCarty of Hilliard, Ohio, who passed away on December 9, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willy McCarty and Garnett McCarty (Hayes). He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, David (Doris), Tim (Debi) and Kimberly Buoni (Ben); his grandchildren, Josh (Dani), Megan (Chris), Jeremy (Elizabeth), Nathan (Alaina), Ryan and Sam; and his great grandchildren, Eli, Kia, Chloe, Kenny, Mary, Addison, Elizabeth, Hudson, Rhett and Little Paul.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tidd Family Funeral Home (5265 Norwich St, Hilliard, OH 43026). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Alder Chapel United Baptist Church (8320 Morgan Rd, West Jefferson, OH 43162). A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Marvin Sparks Cemetery.
