She is survived by: her husband David Rutter; her children, Denise Hoover (Mike), Barbara Quigley (Tom), Linda Rutter, Keith Rutter, Diane Rutter and Kathy Smith; and her grandchildren, Jerry, Shane, Misty, Tony, Cliff, Josh, Heather, Gregory, Jacob, Derek, Danielle and Ryan. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
