He is survived by: his wife Donna Marilyn VanMeter; his son James Curtis VanMeter; his stepson D. J. Haines (Julie); his siblings, David VanMeter (Suzanne), Sheree McDonald and Deborah Bowman (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Haley, Dylan and Justin Haines. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as many loving family and friends.
