He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Jeane Picard (McCoy); his children, Mendy Hedges, Louis Picard III (Amber), Sabrina Picard and Heather Harry (Kyle); his siblings, Theresa Laird, Larry Picard (Dorka), Ivy Sprague (Gordon) and MaryLou Paulus (Randy); his grandchildren, Jordan, Ethan Hedges, Alyssa, Adrian Harry, Maddie and Kaitlyn Cambell; and his close friend Zoe.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Tidd Family Funeral Home (5265 Norwich St, Hilliard, OH 43026). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
