He is survived by: his wife Linda Butcher (Kah); his children, Christine Butcher of Upper Arlington, OH and Michael Butcher (Wendy) of Galena, OH; his granddaughters, Grace and Audrey Butcher; his brother Jim Butcher (Karen) of Northampton, MA; his great-niece Amanda Duncan (Butcher) of Bothell, WA; and his sister-in-law Kathy Prichard (Kah) of Dunedin, FL.
