He was predeceased by: his father John Savage, Sr.; his parents-in-law, Milton Opper and Laurene Opper; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Opper and Judy Opper.
He is survived by: his mother Martha Savage (Price); his wife Bev Savage; his children, Shana Tackett (Scott), Cyndi Vanmeter (Jeremy), Bob Biehl (Erin), Sandra Ulibarri (Jerry) and Melissa Mitrey (Andy); his grandchildren, Mitchell Ulibarri, Ryan Ulibarri, Alex Mitrey, Jack Tackett, Maci Mitrey, Luke Ulibarri, Josh Ulibarri, Nicholas Mitrey, Ellie Mitrey, Lexi Tackett, Caitlynn Copper and Cameron Copper; and his brothers, John Savage (Nita), Jim Savage (Cathy) and Jerry Savage (Barb). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tidd Family Funeral Home (5265 Norwich St, Hilliard, OH 43026). A memorial service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
