She was predeceased by: her parents, Duran Hamilton and Nancy Hamilton (Bently); her husband John Scott Spradlin; her son Samuel Scott Spradlin; her daughter-in-law Karen Spradlin; and her siblings, Alice Caudill, Mae Lucas, Sylvia Johnson, Quiller, Herold, Warren, Tracy and Delmar Hamilton.
