She was predeceased by: her parents, John Puncsak and Elizabeth Puncsak (Chorney); her husband Frederick McCoppin; and her brother James Puncsak. She is survived by: her sons, Todd McCoppin (Anne) and Scott McCoppin; her grandchildren, Ashley Guzman (Albert), Savannah McCoppin, Brandon McCoppin, Bryant McCoppin, Taylor McCoppin and Nathan McCoppin; and her great grandchildren, Apyrl, Austin, Adriana, Ally and Addi Guzman.
In lieu of flowers, it is suggested to make a donation to the M.S. Foundation in Eileen's memory.
