He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith and Nancy; and his mother-in-law Joyce Howard. He is survived by: his children, Ethan Gray and Alyssa Marie; his wife Christine; his sister Laura Marie Minton (Craig Jackson); his stepbrother Tom McDermott (Cari); his stepmother Judy Minton; his father-in-law Dr. David "Doc" Howard; and his sister-in-law Andrea Shields (David). He is also survived by his family, friends.
