He is survived by: his wife Esther Belle Miller (Sheriff); his children, Kenneth "Kenny" Miller and Beverly Miller (Angeles); his stepchildren, Linda Henry (Osborne), Carla Ramsey (Osborne), Jane Miller (Osborne) and James John Osborne; and his siblings, Vera Elizabeth, Alfie Lee, Sharon Eileen (Buchanan), Shirley Kay (Justice) and Pamela Christine (Brown). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
