She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Rihm. She is survived by: her children, Laura Miller (Nick) and Cathy Homick; her grandchild Kennedy Miller; her mother LaDonna Rihm; and her siblings, Susan Yanos (Edward), Kenneth Rihm (Nancy) and Charles Rihm (Janice).

Donations in memory of Carolyn may be made to OhioHealth Foundation - Riverside Cancer Services.
