He was predeceased by: his father Bill L. Rush; and his stepdaughter Ashley Gill. He is survived by: his mother Janis M. Rush (Orewiler); his wife Jenni Rush; his children, Sarah Rush, Roy Rush (Kim Blakley) and Cheyenne Rush; his stepson Joseph Fannin II; his grandchildren, Marie, Audra, Artemis, Calypso, Ezio, Emory and Evelyn; his former wife Rose Kingston; his daughter-in-law Amy Rush; and his siblings, Roger Rush (Phyllis) and Rita Rush Daly (Rodney). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in lieu of flowers are encouraged to be made payable to a charity of the donor's choice and given through the funeral home.
