He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Patrick and Opal Patrick (Perry); his wife Faye Evans Patrick; his son Jeff Patrick; and his sister Edith Patrick.
He is survived by: his daughter Vicki Miller (Craig) of Hilliard; his brother Ron Patrick (Barbara) of Dallas, TX; and his grandchildren, Evan Miller of Hilliard, Sabrina Patrick of Hilliard and Connor Patrick (Myrtle Case) of Hilliard.
