It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Fortner (Hilliard, Ohio), born in Elmira, New York, who passed away on April 28, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur and Marion Linkins (Beckert); and her husband Fred Norman Fortner (Norm). She is survived by: her children, Barbara, Jeff, Don and Janet.
