He is survived by: his children, Berry L. Baugh Jr. of Warren and Kimberly Dawn Baugh of Wooster; his grandchildren, Brynden Morrow of Warren, Kristopher Baugh of Warren and Ricketta Seay of Howland; and his great grandchild Carman Wagner of Howland. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
