It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Wilkin (Highland County, Ohio), born in Clinton County, Ohio, who passed away on August 20, 2018, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her siblings, George Hartman, Conard Hartman, Alice Hartman Johnson, Jeannette Hartman Adams and Robert Hartman; her spouse Samuel Wilkin of Highland County; her grandchildren, Braden Leigh of Richardson, TX, Lindsay Leigh of Richardson, TX, Chance Wilkin of Bethel, OH, Taylor Wilkin Coombs (Nelson) of Leesburg, OH, Tyler Wilkin of Bethel, OH and Kourtney May Wilkin of Lynchburg, OH.; her great grandchild Claire Adlee; her children, Teresa and Samuel; her daughter-in-law Janette; and also Frances. She is also survived by Her father died the same year she was born so she was raised by her single mother.
