He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph B Barker and Helen V. Barker (Hill); his wife Julie J. Sprow; and his sister Neva Jo Cromwell. He is survived by: his brothers, Joseph H. Barker (Barbara) of Antwerp and Thomas E. Barker of Cochran, Georgia; his niece Kristi O'Shaughnessey of Hicksville, Ohio; his great-niece Johanna O'Shaughnessey of Hicksville, Ohio; and his sister-in-law Penny Timbers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
