Thurman L. J. Middaugh Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 16, 2021, at the age of 90, Thurman L. J. Middaugh of Hicksville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Middaugh and Bertha Middaugh (Sprow); his son Bradley Middaugh; and his brother Clayton Middaugh. He is survived by: his wife Caroll Cook of Hicksville, Ohio; and his sons, Howard Middaugh of Auburn, Ronnie Middaugh of Hicksville and Danny Middaugh.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, the family requests that those attending visitation or funeral services for Thurman to please wear a mask and to observe social distancing.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions be made to the Defiance DAV Post 36.
