With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sherri L. Leavell of Hicksville, Ohio, born in Marion, Indiana, who passed away on November 16, 2021 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Beatrice Hickman (Hughes); and her brother Alan Hickman. She is survived by: her father John Hickman of Hicksville, Ohio; her husband Mark Leavell of Hicksville, Ohio; her children, Chad Leavell (Jennifer) of Hicksville and Kristen Zimmerman (Ryan) of Wauseon, Ohio; her grandchildren, Collin, Addelynn, Camden, Brody, Hannah, Carson, Caden, Colten and Case; her siblings, Kay Jameison of Fort Wayne, Terri Lortie (Pat) of Antwerp, Ohio and Mike Hickman (Patricia) of Angola, Indiana; and her sister-in-law Tammy Hickman of Spencerville, Indiana..
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials in Sherri's honor be made to Community Health Professionals Inpatient Hospice Center, Defiance.
