He is survived by: his siblings, Scott Levy (Cindy) of Hicksville, Dan Levy (LeAnn) of Defiance, Phil Levy of West Liberty and Dawn Elston (Chris) of Hicksville, Ohio; his sister-in-law Kate Levy of Hicksville, Ohio; and his friend Bill Elwood of Hicksville, Ohio.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
