She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Ish and Nina Ish (Hart); her husband Carl Creech; and her siblings, Ellen "Maxine" Elliot, Betty Ward and Max Ish.
She is survived by: her children, Jessica Creech and Sean Creech of Hicksville, Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
