Burlingame of Hicksville, Ohio; her grandchildren, Nicholas Cox (Teya Spring) of Mesa Arizona, Travis Cox (Valeria) of Chandler, Valerie Cox of Hicksville, Beth Cox of Hicksville and Brienna Cox of Springfield, Ohio; and her brother David Blade (Debbie) of Tennessee. She was also cherished by five great-grandchildren.
