Melanie M. Sindel Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2025, at the age of 83, Melanie M. Sindel of Hicksville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney J. Morrison and Zelma Morrison (Kugler); her son Rodney Lee; her husband Jack Keith Sindel; her son Randy; her siblings, Glen Morrison and Debbie Keener; her stepbrother Lee Jacobs; and her stepmother Bettie Morrison.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Stephanie Sindel, Scott Sindel and Stacey Stevenson (Wes); her great grandchildren, Emory Jace of Hicksville, Kinley Ann of Hicksville and Lainey Michelle of Hicksville; her brothers, Roger Morrison (Mary) and Larry Morrison; her stepbrother Wayne Jacobs (Sharon); her siblings-in-law, Greg Keener, Jean Goebel, Shirley Wickerham and Phoebe Morrison; and her daughter-in-law Julie Ruppert. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home (706 N Main St, Hicksville, OH 43526). A burial will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at the Maple Grove Cemetery.
