She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Proxmire and Freda Proxmire (Huebner) of Paulding, Ohio.; her brother Leonard Proxmire (Donna Dean); her siblings-in-law, Darlene Eisenmann (Eugene) and F. Richard Fogle (Carol); and her grandson Phillip Cook.
She is survived by: her sister Barbara Bomar (George) of Fountain Inn; her daughters, Cindy Cook (Wayne) of Baltimore, Debbie Walters (Ed) of Hicksville and Lori Fogle of Columbus; her grandchildren, Elliott, Seth Cook (Casi), Heather Briskey Blair, Hayley Briskey Speiser (Randy), Paul Walters (Misty) and Jamie Walters; her great grandchildren, Karli Blair, Kaden Blair, Kyler Blair (Jenna), Brynley, Easton and Grady Walters; and her great great grandchild Harper Blair Ratliff.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home (706 N Main St, Hicksville, OH 43526). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church (812 E High St, Hicksville, OH 43526). A burial will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 2:15 PM at the Lehman Cemetery (6100 Township Rd 33, Payne, OH 45880).
