We bid farewell to Lois J. Congleton of Hicksville, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 11, 2025 at the age of 92. Lois touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ossie Puckett and Alma Puckett (Roberts); her husband Oral Congleton; her sons, Todd Congleton and Dewey LeRoy Congleton; and her siblings, Johnny Puckett, Lee "Buster" Puckett and Bonnie "Faye" Griggs.
She is survived by: her children, Roxann Sweeney (Mike) of Hicksville and Tim Congleton (Maureen) of Hicksville, Ohio; her grandchildren, Leann Grant (Tom), Josh Congleton (Mandy), Misty Giddings (Andrew Welly), Jason Volkert (Jaffa), Cory Congleton (Emily) and Evan Congleton (Charissa); and her sister Geraldine "Babe" Jackman. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home (706 N Main St, Hicksville, OH 43526). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
