She was predeceased by: her husband Sheldon; her son David Levy; her grandson Storm Levy; and her siblings, William, Richard Ripke and Joann Harris.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Elston (Chris), Sheldon Jr., Scott (Cindy), Dan (LeAnn) and Phil Levy; her daughter-in-law Kate Levy; her siblings, Pat Osborn (Ed), Pam Florence (Leo), Brenda Ankney (Jim) and Nancy Fedderke (Ned); and her pet Puff. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
