He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ligon (Humes) of Defiance, OH; his children, Lemuel Carl Ligon Jr. of Saginaw, MI, Shermaine Ligon of Defiance, OH and Carla Medina (Edward) of Defiance, OH; his siblings, Glendell Jean Nailing, Jessie Norine Ligon-Clark and Charles Wayne Ligon; his grandchildren, Liana Ligon, Sidney Ligon, Janelle Johnson, Cedazhsa Harris, Kenya Medina, Alexandra Ligon, Kahlil Ligon, London Pippins and Layla Pippins; and his great grandchildren, Nehemiah Riley and Jeremiah Brown.
