It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin P. Phillips of Hicksville, Ohio, who passed away on December 31, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Phillips and Ruth L. Phillips (Gloor); his brothers, Robert R. Phillips and John W. Phillips; and his brother-in-law Ron Reinhart.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gerald Phillips of Hicksville, Jackie Zeedyk (Denver) of Hicksville, Doug Phillips (Verna) of Leo and Brenda Reinhart of Hicksville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
