With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John W Phillips of Hicksville, Ohio, who passed away on November 22, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Phillips (Gloor) and Robert Phillips; his brother Robert; his brother-in-law Ronald Reinhart; and his nephew Christopher Chehi.
He is survived by: his children, Angela Peffley (Brad), Britt Mendez (Quinlan) and Travis Phillips; his siblings, Gary Phillips, Jackie Zeedyk, Doug Phillips, Brenda Reinhart and Kevin Phillips; his daughter-in-law Jimmie Phillips; and his pet Bob. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
