He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Moncivais and Julia Moncivais (Ramirez); and his grandson Joaquin Alvaro Moncivais. He is survived by: his wife Ramona Martinez of Hicksville, Ohio; his children, Alvaro Moncivais (Rafaela) of Hicksville, Raquel Perez of Columbia City, Lina Mendoza of Hicksville and Bea Bustos of Butler, Indiana; his grandchildren, Jesus Moncivais (Kenzie), Mercedes Moncivais, Mario Meraz, II (Alexis), Jose Lorenzo Perez (Meghan Fahl), Javier Perez of Isabella Mendoza, J. R, Gaby Moncivais and Daniel Moncivais; and his siblings, Julia Saldivar, Catarino Moncivais Ramirez and Federico Moncivais Ramirez.
The family requests memorial contributions to be made to St. Michael Catholic Church- Altar Rosary Society.
