She was predeceased by: her parents, Warnie Stephens and Cora Stephens (Patton); and her siblings, Bertha Sexton, Melba Miller, Athna Gamble, Infant Cara Stephens, Susie Miller, Henry Stephens, Cletus Stephens, Clayton Stephens and Willard Stephens.

She is survived by: her husband Carl Clark of Hicksville; her children, Rita Clark (Skip Williamson) of Brentwood, Kristi Arend (Matt) of Hicksville, Carl Clark of Celina, Kelly Clark of West Jefferson and Eric Clark (Shelley) of Hicksville; and her siblings, Herma Tuttle (Duane) of Auburn, Carla Bleck of Coldwater, Grover Stephens of Auburn, Gary Stephens (Kari) of Quincy, Brenda Davison (Becum) of Auburn and Clint Stephens (Jeannie) of Waterloo, Indiana..

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church (9088 Openlander Rd, Sherwood, OH 43556).
