He is survived by: his wife Mary Slattery; his children, Kathy West (Dan) of Boynton Beach, FL, Kreg Hesselschwardt of Hicksville, OH and Lisa Bryant of Hicksville, OH.; his stepchildren, Terry Slattery (Lori) of Kent, OH, Tony Slattery (Sheila) of Hicksville, OH, Beth Cybulski (Joe) of Geneva, OH, Jenny Slattery-Zoretich (Brian) and Katy Maistros (Steve) of Cleveland, OH; his grandchildren, Kayla Amstutz (Greg), Matthew West and Hayley Michael (Austin); his stepgrandchildren, Emily, Renee Slattery, Rebecca, Sarah, John Cybulski, Joe, Marin, Maya Zoretich, Sam, Eli and Nick Maistros; his great grandchildren, Gavin, Garrett Amstutz and Everett Michael; and his sisters, Jean Lutz of Edon, OH and Monica Hearne of Defiance, OH.. He is also survived by his family and friends.
