He is survived by: his siblings, Jamie Burnham of North Manchester, Blaine Burnham (Jana) of Thornton, Autumn Miller of Edgerton and Rachel Burnham of Fort Wayne, Indiana; his nephew Duncan Miller of Concord; his great-nephew Jayden Miller; and his great-niece Lydia Miller.
