It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Inez Pedroza-Winn Cleland of Hicksville, Ohio, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on September 4, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Artura Winn and Ellen Pedroza Winn; her husband William A. Cleland Sr.; her sons, William Cleland, Jr. and David Cleland; her daughter-in-law Loretta Cleland; and her half-brothers, Grant Gentry and Dallas Winn.
She is survived by: her son Phillip Cleland of Hicksville, Ohio; her grandchildren, Sean Cleland, Carrie Bussing (David) and Christopher Cleland (Ronae); and her half-sister Daryl Colson.
