With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chester J. Metz of Hicksville, Ohio, born in Edgerton, Ohio, who passed away on May 25, 2023 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Metz and Lydia Metz (Sleesman); his wife Helen L. Osmun; and his stepmother Marie. He is survived by: his son James Metz of Hicksville; his granddaughter Ollie Rindos (Frank) of Alpharetta, Georgia; and his great grandchildren, Grant Rindos and Faith Rindos of Alpharetta, Georgia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
