She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrison C. Annis and Jane Annis (Dorrance); her children, Julie Onstott, Susie Busche, Lisa Sherman and Kent Hayes; her grandson Alex Hayes; and her great grandchildren, Jacob Young and Brendon Elwood.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Smith of Hicksville, Linda Elwood (Bill) of Hicksville, Janie Smith of Ocala, Carrie Livensparger (Greg) of Edon, Eric Heitzmann of Dallas, Jeff Heitzmann (Tabitha) of Lima and Brian Heitzmann (Norma) of Bryan, Ohio.
