He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald J. Czaja and Sandra A Czaja (Rucker); his grandparents, Bill, Lola Rucker, Thaddeus "Ted" and Agnes Czaja; and his aunt Susan Hoover.
He is survived by: his children, Rhylee of Russell, Ryder and Sunny; and his sisters, Tonya Contreras (Omar) of Hicksville and Stephanie Czaja of Butler. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to the family to help with expenses.
