He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kindle; his son John Biller (Michele) of Hicksville, OH; his siblings, R. Wesley Biller of Columbus, OH, Larry Riffee of Alabama, Milford Eugene Biller-Riffee, Robert Clarence Turner of Orland, CA and Elizabeth Kuhn of Tiffin, OH; his grandchildren, Harley Biller, Carl Biller (Taya) and Jessica Biller; and his stepchildren, Rick Kindle (Sharon) and Pam Williams.
Donations in Gene's memory may be shared with the Veterans Association.
