He was predeceased by: his parents, Robin E. Cross, Sr. and Wilma Cross (Davis); and his wife Carolyn Cross (Schooler). He is survived by: his son Robin E. Cross, III; and his granddaughter Brooklyn Cross. He is also survived by six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
The family requests memorial contributions to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
