He was predeceased by: his father Selwyn E. Clark; and his son Paul David Clark. He is survived by: his close friend Wanda Lucas of Heath; his former wife Cheryl R. Perkins of Pataskala; his siblings, James David Clark of Lancaster, Dick Clark (Shirley) of Hilliard and Barbara Smith (Bob) of Reynoldsburg; his friends, Stephen Pettay, D. O. of Powell, John Mehaffey, John King of London, Richard Gillilan of Logan and Vickie Smith of Heath; and his pets, Alice, Cassie and Ruby.
