He was predeceased by: his father Robert Lee Killen. He is survived by: his mother Joetta Lee Killen (Kirk); his wife Kathy; his daughter Samantha Clouse (Austin); his mother-in-law Dolly Ooten; his sister Julie Maynard (Tim); his niece Laura Chappell (Dustin); his nephew Timothy Maynard; his brother Arvel Ooten (Amy); and his pet Gunner.
